The ribs are smokin' away on my new Bradley Digital Smoker. And I used a recipe I got from this forum. This thing is awesome. However, I do feel a little guilty because this smoker is soooooo easy to use. Anyway, expect a ton of rookie questions from me because I'm going to use this everyday I can. Let the smoke roll!!!!!!!!

I'm a newbie to Bradley and have wondered, "where have you been all my life." This thing is so awesome. I'm using it so much I may need to get a third freezer. I'm running out of space to store my finished product. Saaaweeeeeet!

Speaking of which, I hope you seasoned your smoker. I just finished my first ribs tonight, they turned out great. I have been doing lots of salmon and also did a turkey and a batch of cheddar.
