And guess what I found in the cupboard?

The ribs smoked in the Bradley for four hours with Hickory, then left them in the Bradley for an additional four hours while we basted them with one part olive oil and two parts apple juice.

We brought them in and brushed on some of Iceman's sauce.
We sat down to a dinner of these ribs and West Texas Smoker's mashed potato salad.

Heaven on a plate!

The ribs just look like a pic of delight.

The pic of the infamous Iceman's Sauce is the first I have seen.

Thanks for the pic.

I have a couple jars of Ices sauce tucked away, waiting for the right time to open. Maybe soon.  :)

I have one jar left.    I'm afraid to use it because then it will be gone   :'(

It's really easy, Arnie, and really good!
You can find the recipe in West Texas Smoker's posts - I believe it was early 2009.
Here are the basics - you can modify it however you want:
2 lbs potatoes -  boiled, cooled, mashed
1/4 C bacon, fried crisp & crumbled
3 hard boiled eggs, diced
1/4 C diced onion
1 jalapeno pepper, sliced
1/8 C pickled jalapenos
Juice of 1 lemon
2 T yellow mustard
1/4 C mayo
2 T pickle relish
salt, pepper to taste
Hot sauce to taste

This is so easy, and so good!!!
Please, West Texas, please let Arnie know if I have forgotten anything!

I just was reminded that I was suppose to have posted the Tater Salad recipe on the recipe site. I'll get that done asap.

Geez is Habs saying that now that he is retired he is getting old and forgetful!!!! ;D ;D

I'm not sure about everyone else but I'm not retired and I resemble that remark. Just couldn't resist a fun poke in the ribs at Hab's.

basumarpo1610,
So you found 4 jars stuck way in the back of your cupboard?  Interesting that you would have those as you have only been registered on this forum for 6 days and the sauce has not been available in well over a year.

That must means you're old friends with the Iceman.  Where did you meet him?

Heads up guys.  We've got another one.
