My wife left me...........for the week on a business trip and my BDS has not been able to cool down all week. Did some crank'n and not any yank'n ;) :D

Started off with 2-8lb pork roasts

Then did 15lbs of salami

2 dozen ABT's and 2 small chickens.

90% of it vac packed and in the freezer already.

Hmmmm.........what shall I smoke tomorrow?

Looks good Lumpy!  Skin looks great from here, how did it turn out?  Looks pretty crispy.  What temp did you have the smoker at?
Is it bad if my wife refers to the smoker as "The Mistress"?

No man's party this weekend, just a buddy coming over to help sample the goodies.

Might do a brisket on Sunday ???

Monte Cristos :o.   I haven't had any of those since I got back from our Cruise.     They're nice.   I'm looking at an empty tube right now, dreaming of what used to be in it ;)
