So they work pretty good, huh?

Yep.   You can even use them to lift hot roasts, turkeys, etc.   I shredded 40 pounds of pulled pork this weekend with mine.  Didn't take long at all. (relatively speaking)    Just toss in the dishwasher when done.

Now I've seen this still secret thing 10.5 is taking about...   Off.The.Charts.In-sane.   But I want one!

I live in florida and a lot of people down here dont know "true" bbq.

Whoaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa...
Florida is well known for great BBQ...
It's just that so many people in Florida ain't from Florida.
(and you gotta know where to go -- heck, for that matter, you can find bad BBQ in Texas, Tennessee, Kentucky, and the Carolinas...)

Here's a good example of Florida Q...

Most of them are heading back home as I type this. They have been loading the car carriers all over town!

Question on the bear paws, when you use them for pork do you still need to pull off the bark and chop it or will they pretty much shred it up with the rest of the meat?

When I do butts, I "crack open" the butt with the paws, and let it cool a little. Then I get rid of any pockets of fat I can find, kinda separating the butt into "muscle groups"

Then I just kind of pile all that on one side of the cutting board and go at it with the paws. The bark gets shredded along with the meat.

Only if I have any extra hard/chunky bark..  Then I'll scrape it to the side and chop. (or just use my kitchen shears)

Uh huh... Some of "them" are getting back up here now...

I have a LOT of family in FL, and they've been there since the formation of our galaxy...
Some in Tallahassee, and LOTS in central Florida (a bunch near Gainesville), some near St. Augustine, others scattered about, and my momma lives just north of Tampa (she was born in Tampa).  STC has met a bunch of 'em...  Ask him if they ain't "genuine" swamp dwellers  ;D
