I guess i gotta start working on mine.

When you decide you want to, let me know and I'll re-cycle my 5" hole saw to ya.

It will save you $40.

Thanks Sonny

Now can anyone send me some time to do it   :D  :D  ;D

GRRRRR!

Brisquette Burner doesn't heat up on new smoke generator!

Guess I follow the advice I've given others.

"Give Bradley a Call on Monday! They will fix you up!"

Took it apart to check for loose or unplug wires and everything is hooked up.

Any suggestions, I'll listen.

I know FAQ! ;D

Thanks CRG for that quick reply.

FAQ doesn't cover that!

When you had it apart did you try un-plugging the various plugs and re-connecting them?

Sometimes it's just a bad connection that appears to be good.

Also the fuse but I'm sure you have checked that.

Everything works but the hot plate.

I am doing the unplug re plug now and in the mean time put my OBS smoke gen on it for some test runs.

classicrockgriller

Every thing is working.

The main plug in to the hot plate the pin had slide backwards and was not making contact.

Hot plate is getting HOT!

Thanks again Mike.

We were going to have to cut your pay if you didn't figure that one out.

I look at that wire three times and it looked ok and when I took it apart the wire just about fell out.

Here some pics of what a nice job the whole saw did.

The Bradley hole calls for 125 mm hole, but a 5" hole saw is 127mm.

Talk with Mike and he said he had pre drilled hole in the adaptor plate and secured it to the Cabinet. I did the same.

I also put hi-Temp silicon around the inside hole to keep smoke out of the insulation.

Here it is all put back together finished.

Nice work Sonny.

Glad to hear you got the SG working.

Did you have a chance to run any temperature checks?
