Will I get to see this baby in action at TSO?

I hope not! I think we will have enough toys/tools to play with. ;D

Well we can't ask the Camp Site to re-wire their electricity for US. ;D

I guess we could, but they would probably say .... NO!

DarqMan

I understand.

In the TSO post when you said you had a surprise and I said i knew what it was... well I thought this was it.  I guess I'm not psychic after all.

When you decide you want to, let me know and I'll re-cycle my 5" hole saw to ya.

It will save you $40.

Looks perfect!  Did that hole saw take a while?  Or did it cruise?

No Video! Was like Butter!

Bought some Cutting oil to use with it and it actually quite easy and just a perfect hole.

I'll post pics of my "FINE" cut tomorrow along with pics of my hand

to show I have no Battle Scars! ;D

Now cutting the holes at the top to make them the same size is a different story.

Took all day and all the brain cells I had left to accomplish that! ;D

hal4uk

Huh?  You're cutting MULTIPLE 5" Exhausts?   :o

The 5" on the side was for the smoke gen.

Was no "hole" before so that was easy.

The exhaust hole on top was 1 1/4" on the inside and 2 1/4" on the top side.

They are now both 2 1/4".

Try cutting smokething with a hole saw and not having a place for your drill bit to

go thru to help you get a "grove" for the hole saw to start.
