Kurobuta pork and Wagyu beef-Arrived! Pics posted.

Scheduled to arrive tomorrow. Wagyu brisket, 4 St. Louis racks of ribs and 2 petite butts of Kurobuta pork. Can't wait to see what this stuff looks like. Coming all the way from Snake River Farms in Boise ID.

Will post pics when they arrive.

Did you actually "schedule" arrival?
I ordered late on a Wednesday night, and it was on the porch Friday morning.

Told 'em I wanted it to arrive on the 30th. Haven't received anything acknowledging shipping as of yet. ???

Saturday you will get the notice that you will get your stuff on friday.

That's the way it usually works for me.

Got the email confirming shipping. Actually got it 8 times!!

I think I may sit on the front porch all night just in case they get here early. :D :D

It's here! Arrived at 9:15 this morning, nicely packaged in an outer box and an inner box that was wrapped in an insulated type bubble wrap blanket. Inside the inner box was about 10 of those frozen gel packs stuffed in with the meat. The meat was still nicely frozen.

This photo shows the Wagya brisket, 2 of the 4 racks of Kurobuta ribs and the petite butts. Note the fat cap on that brisket!

this shot is for size comparison of the brisket and the underside to show the marbling. Sorry for the pic quality, taken with BB storm cellphone camera.

All now tucked away for future use.

Just made the decision to pull 2 racks out of the freezer and let them thaw in the frig to Mak over the weekend. This will get interesting.

Hal, check your PM if you haven't already. Looking for your expertise and don't want to clutter the forum.
