Hey Larry, thanks for asking...she has been doing this for the past two years down at Morehead but first time at UK. I way under estimated how much she would need.

I did 4 butts, 6 chickens that we pulled, chicken legs & thighs (2 doz each), hot dogs, smoked brats, bologna and some sides.

She told me that she ran out of the pulled pork within the first hour or so.

She is tickled to death.

Got the trailer from a family that their father had passed away, he use it to sell balioons here in the Cincinnati area. On one wall he had shelving and on the other a work bench. Its not bad but needs some work...

It will make the trip if needed!!! I'm calling the guy in Lexington one more time and if he is not willing to work with me - well!!!
