I would use 1 T if you go with the sauce or ketchup

Hope you have better luck than I did my first time smoking jerkey did not turn out well at all.

A good buddy makes deer jerky (in season) with this recipe. It is wonderful.

I forgot the soy sauce and I think my Worcestershire was old.  Had a real funky taste.  I was in need of more salt I think also.
