Bradley Cold Smoked Rib Steak the Perfect Food

Today I was at the local grocery store and noticed some prime rib roasts selling at unheard of prices. The only problem was they were on the verge of being too small to be considered a roast. I decided to buy a few and cut them into steaks. I cold smoked them for 1:20 min in the Bradley with some Hickory and dropped them onto the infrared for a good sear along  with some onions and portabelo mushrooms. Needless to say I ate too much and I now feel like a beached whale.

Really looks great.  I'm gonna have to remember the toothpick trick with the onions.
