For those of us that dont have the Smart phone with the flash light app. Just take a picture of a white wall. When the power goes out just call up the picture it works just fine as a light.

That works as well!   I grilled wings for a party at Hal's (in the dark + rain) using that method..

Just got an HTC Desire (first ever smart phone, got my 12 year old son to help me set it up!  ;) ) and came across this thread.

Probably a stupid question to many but if you install tapatalk do you have to access the smoker forum via tapatalk itself to get the benefits or does it automatically work in background if you access the forum through google for example?   :-[ ???
