That's why I live in Texas.

Son's Deer was a decent 8 pt, but a guy did shoot a 11 pt with a 21 and 1/2 inch spread.

It was a monster for East Texas.

Up till this year the cajun microwave just roast the pig.

With the smoke, I think it was the best pig we have had.
