Friend from Deer Camp's daughter is getting married on Saturday.

They are on a tight budget ........... So I said I do .......... I mean I will.

Doing Pulled Pork and Pulled Beef. Gonna get a jump start and do 5

butts tonite.

When to the Butt Locker ...............

And selected (9) approx 9 lb butts

Doing 5 tonite using Salt Lick/Head Country Rub hickory/apple 2to1

The first 5 weighed 44 and 1/2 lbs.

A Butt load of butts in the Bradley. This is a time when the extra rail spacing comes in handy.

That's not a Bradley, that's a Buttley!

How long does something like this take? I've only done one butt at a time but would love to load her up one weekend and do some SERIOUS cooking like you. Bet you get some serious grease in the pan too.

I believe that's the international platinum standard for "a buttload".

Impressive -- but then your smokes are always that way.
I like animals, they taste good!

I have the extra element and I am "TURBO" cooking these at 260*

In the morning I will transfer these to the oven and load it up again.

I have an extra v-tray that I will rotate so that they don't get too bad.

I'll fridge the Butts after FTC and Sat morn they will get re-warmed in some

commerical ovens and then pulled.

CRG you sir are a great person!!   Now if 10.5 is right and it's 1 beer per 20 min's (each puck) you ought to be feeling real good by the time you smoke that much!
Live, ride, eat well and thank God!
