I grew up in the late 60s ... Trust me my friend, I did NOT miss the point  ;) 8) ;D

Had to go to H-town today and take my Mom to the Dr.

So at 4:30 my time the smoker was started. Doing the Summer Sausage first!

Think I am in for a Long nite!

Dr visit was scheduled and all is good!

I think Sis found her nice place in a retirement area back in our Home town.

Think she will like it ............ it's close to the Mall! ;D

Looking good Sonny.....with that load I recon that will be at least a 12 hr smoke and may even be longer than that.  She will stall out on you so don't be alarmed.  ;D

That Bologna will probably have to wait until morning. I thought you was doing the big casings first. That's OK just ad some more tim eonto the last stage and remember to rotate that rack after each cycle
