I vac seal with the casings on. I don't think it really matters.

Well I did cut the casings off and everybody is vac-sealed.



And the Bologna is Smoking.

This is my first try, but it is you guys (the Forum) that I

learned from. I have had my grinders and stuffer from over a year.

Just needed some one to lite a match under my butt.

Here I did a TUBE rotation at the 3 hr mark.
