After seeing the "mistake" Sonny made about melting cheese in the Bradley I thought why not try it in the SRG?   I mean after all CRG is a great person and if he can mess up why not follow one of the best and try?

Now I know your telling yourself YOU CANT DO THAT, well I don't listen to myself anyway  ;)  so I I thought I'd try.  I'll test run it this weekend and see if I can get the SRG to behave it's self and get the smoke rolling.  Now you really need 1 hr of good smoke right? That I think I can pull off, so this should be fun to try.

Now if it don't work everyone to my house for cheese sammies! :D

Put it on a rack immediately over a bowl or pot of some kind.  If it doesn't work you have the start of what could be a  very good smoked fondue.    ;)
I like animals, they taste good!

I don't think there will be a mess.  I think I can control the temp it's just keeping the smoke rolling for 1 hr that's going to be the trick but I think that can be done.  It won't work with a stock SRG but it should with mine

OH heck no, don't think your getting off by coming over and eating!!  Your coming over to help!  LOL

Really TR, if I get it to work you will be the first to know, if it don't I'll call CRG and tell "BAD IDEA")  LOL   ;D

Just think air jets in the chamber and pellets cruising rt along!

Can you control the heat (below 90*) in the SRG?

This is going to be ugly.  ;D ;D ;D

May I suggest on your first try you do Velveeta?  ::)

The idea is sound I think, just need to try it.  When I do the smoke I'll post complete details.

Hint....   My SRG's are far from factory and this is how I will do the smoking, oh there will be NO smoke generator used in this smoke only the SRG and mods made by me.

Trust me I'm a Guest Chef  ;)
