Ok here is a contest for the ingredients to make 5 lbs of Summer Sausage.

You get my homemade SS mix, (More than enough) non fat dry milk, OPT Trehalose and 7, 2 1/2" x 14" tied on one end casings.

Here is the contest.

I'm going to be getting a new toy. Yeah another freepas thing  ;D The first one to guess what it is will win. NOTE: The photo will be posted when there is a winner. In the event the freepas item falls through i will just post what it was i was supposed to get and the winner who guessed right will still win.  If there are more than one winning guesses i will draw a number and/or write the name on a paper and have my wife pull the winner.
