So last one was such a success that I decided, when I went to pick up my Marathon Baby Boulders, to pick up two more of them.

These things are beautiful.  Already trimmed and ready to go.

Plan is to pull them out when done and cut one up for burnt ends only.

Pics and process to follow.

Was pretty easy and everyone (20 - 25 people so far) loved it. I did the dry rub version.

If that is what you are making for the AFC championship, what are you going to make when the Steelers win the superbowl??????

Now I need some input.

I have these two briskets that weigh in at 6lbs each.  What are your thoughts on cooking time?

Last one I did took 9 hours, should I figure double that or what?

In my experience Two do not take twice as long as one. More like 1 + 1/4 to 1/2.

I am going to figure on the 1 + 1/2 times as long and add a little for FTC.

Steelers are going to the Super Bowl...

Sorry guys but I did not get one picture...

When I pulled them out it was about 6:30 so the game was starting.

I sliced one down and the other I turned into burnt ends.

6 lbs of brisket was gone in 30 mins.

Burnt ends came out at halftime and was gone before 3rd Quarter.

Sorry
