i have two racks of ribs??? help

The one rack of ribs i wanna use a dry rub. 

The other rack is up in the air.  I'm thinking of soaking the other rack in apple juice and vinager...something?  Any help would be great.

You could try 10.5's 3-2-1 method and do a little side by side experiment. I've used just EVOO and salt and pepper (basically nekkid) thrown them right in, or I've done the CYM and rub routine the night before.

Try peach nectar with a little tamarind and brown sugar.  Tastes great.
