Why did I wait so long?

Just picked up that book Smoke & Spice on you guys reccomendation. What a great cookbook!  From now on I am just going to do everything you guys tell me to do without question. [:D]

Okay, back to reality. You're right, the site has great advice, obviously earned over many tons of stuff smoked and pucks burned.

I also purchased the book, and concur with your observations.
