Hi all
Well I have tried meats in my Bradley and was wanting to try some fish , however a friend told me that once I do fish in it I wouldn't be able to do meats again as they would taste like fish, in the past I've only smoked fish and not in a mice Bradley so is that true ? Next question is can salmon be shipped from Canada to the states ? Thanks for all your advice in advance !!

You can do meat and fish in a Bradley, the only thing I would say is never do them together in a single smoke but I have probably smoked more fish than meat overall in mine over a period of more than 5 years and never had a problem.   :)

Can't answer the salmon shipping problem, sure someone else will chip in.

Cobra,
Your friend told you wrong.  You absolutely can smoke fish in your smoker and turn around and smoke other types of meat in it.  There is no significant lingering "fish" smell.

I'll yield to others on the salmon shipping question.

I've done fish and/or shrimp with meat before with no problems with tastes "migrating".  In fact, probably done fish and meat on all my grills/smokers at the same time at some time or another.
