I had to make a fast dinner so I threw together a Smoked cheese/Jalepino/Bluecheese burger on a bed of lettuce with Cottage cheese and bacon bits :o

Very Nice! Love the bleu cheese. Now I am hungry :D

Nice burger.  Ya don't need all of those extra carbs in the bun anyway.
