Whats for lunch today?

Yummmm, I loves a bento lunch.

Played around today and decide to do it up fancy -

Jim are you telling me that you only used that little booger sized splash of wasabi paste??

Don't need much, only dip the  kamaboko (krab) maki roll and ebi (shrimp) nigiri but than again that compartment is all the soy sauce I used so the wasabi was fairly strong.

BTW that is a homemade bento.  Picked up the box at the Japanese grocery store.  Ran about $10 but makes everything look nice :D

They call this a "Calzone"

This one is a delicious pocket pizza stuffed with seasoned hamburger, mushrooms, onion and lots of mozzarella., served with marina sauce.

Good stuff!
