Found enough Brisket left over to make a couple Sammies for lunch today. Topped off with some Stanes. I am full

After lookin at 10.5's brisket sammies I couldnt take it anymore...............so I got a pizza.  ;D



They call it the "Meyer's Combo" and its got all the good stuff, pepperoni, Canandian bacon, spicy Italian sausage, hamburger, mushrooms, onions, black olives, green and red peppers, topped with mozzarella and romano cheese.

And to finish it off I top it with a bunch of crushed red pepper.

Brisket or pizza work for me, while both look really good, I think I would prefer the brisket sammie first and have the pizza for dessert....lol

Had a little Beef Enchilada, Chile relano, Rice and beans with a load of cheese and it did not suck and yes I licked the foil pan ;D

Had some leftover oak smoked rib eye roast in freezer. sliced thin and made sandwiches.
