Well the picture only shows part of the story, but on the side it was my wifes famous jalapeno mac and cheese and baked beans with pulled pork.

Smoked with 3 hours of smoke (2 hours hickory and 1 hour oak).

Seasoned overnight with Cabelas blackened seasoning:


Then coated with some Gates and back in to the bradley for the final hour:

bet them ribs lasted all of 30 seconds!! They look good

Thanks guys.

They didn't last long, and am thinking they were my best batch so far.  I wish i had let them go a hair longer in the bradley, but it was a good turn out.

Ribs are becoming my favorite thing to smoke these days.
