Thanks for the great Pics Rick and as usual the sausage looks great.

Guys Rick has a 6# version and a 12# version and the same control set will hold 6 inch stuffer 15-35 # the force comes from the kitchen sink or another water supply. They run well with 40 + pounds pressure. I run mine at 60# pressure. With 60 pounds pressure there is total of 750# of force with the 4 inch stuffer and 1700# of force with the 6 inch stuffer. [Don't you love hydraulics] a simple 6.95 drill pump works well for sucking the piston to the back of the stuffer. Rick just uses his meat pushing ram to push the piston to the back.
Rick I thought I sent you a meat pushing tool. If not let me know and I will include one for you when I send Lumpy his stuffer. The tool also doubles as a washout spinner. I was going to get some pictures of mine then I realized that I sent it to kenvan A. I will have to build another one.
