Which is better to use for chopped pork? Is there a big difference?

Also called Boston roast, Boston shoulder roast, pork butt, shoulder roast, shoulder balde roast,
country roast.  ;D

I couldn't figure out why it was called a Boston Butt... It came from the wrong end of the animal... but my Butcher explained that it was the butt end of the shoulder as opposed to the shank end ... Doh!

Hey !!! at 74 yrs of age I am still learning, and my advice is to never stop learning...keep your mind sharp...and trust me you will meet a whole lot of younger folks a h@ll of lot smarter then you... :D
