Looks real good Sam. Did you do everything in the Bradley? One picture appears to show a smoke ring on the ribs. At least on this computer it does.

Yes there is a smoke ring.  I had three different batches running at the same time and one of them was in a non Bradley smoker because of space.

Those are some trained eyes.
