With only 13 days left until the Smoke Out Miss Vicky said "Shouldn't you start working on a Menu??" Menu whats that? "Don't give me that you know what I mean!!" Don't worry I gots it all in my head. "You better get me something on paper and quickly" OK OK Miss Anal Retentive (Mumbled as I ran for safety)

Here's what is running around in my head so far with info I have so far
Meat:
Beef Tri Tip - STC and Hal
Brisket - CRG
Pulled Poke
Pulled Chicken
Ribs
Moink Balls
Sausages different types and flavors
Homemade Hot Dogs

Sides:
Creamed Corn
Cilantro Tater Salad - CRG
Cheesy Potatoes
Baked Beans or Bacon BBQ Beans
Corn on the Cob (If it is ready) - OU812
Chips

Apps:
Buffalo Chicken Dip
Dill Pickle Wraps
Cut up Fruit
Veggies and Dip

Forgot to add I am thinking a 2pm start so the folks that will be driving will have enough time to get here without having to leave before the sun comes up.  Or would a 3pm start be better? Planning on an afternoon evening sort of gathering so we are not out in the August sun. As you know my shade tree died and I dont get much shade in the yard until 5-6pm

Wasn't needing a name for anything. Just more of mental notes as to who had mentioned that they would bring something. NOT that anyone has to bring anything. They just need to show up.
