Seems like a ridiculous question I know, because there are never any leftovers. I was thinking about bringing some of these in to work for a social event on Tuesday. I won't be able to make them that day though so was wanting to make the ABT's on Sunday, then refrigerate and (gulp) microwave them on Tuesday? I assume they would still taste ok. Anyone done this? Is it worth doing or does the microwave do them no justice?

The microwave works well, and the ABT's taste much better a day or more later. I generally start by giving them short "burst" of 10 - 15 seconds, and rotate them after each "burst". As they warm up I shorten the amount of time of each "burst". What I mean by rotating, is the turn the ABT's so that the side that was facing the walls are turn towards the center.

Perfect. That's what I was looking for. Thanks!

Not sure I understand the rotating because the microwave has a plate that turns, can you explain...

You stand 2 feet away from microwave and rotate twice. What else do you have to do?  ;D

Actually turn the abt's so the sides that are facing the center are facing the outside

If your microwave is fitted with a turn table like most new ones are there is no need to handle your food till its done. Inside the oven, a magnetron tube produces microwaves, which are radio waves. The waves enter the oven through an opening in the oven cavity. Since microwaves move in a straight line, many ovens employ turntables to rotate food so that it cooks evenly. Since microwave ovens cook food from the inside to the outside, your food almost always comes out fast, hot, and, perhaps most important, not burned!

Got ya, so how long do you reheat 4- 15 second bursts?

Mine are frozen as well, so I am assuming a let them defrost first

Mine has the turntable as most do; except for the low end dorm style ones. You get better results if you manually rotate the ABT's, the food heats more evenly. As in my original post, you may want to start with a 15 second burst or two, then decrease the length of the burst, as the ABT's warm up. A lot depends on how cold they are when you first begin, and their size. I like to warm them up, not get them overly hot.
