BB Ribs

Did up some baby back ribe last night, used my rub this time.

Smoked 3 hr with 50/50 Hickory Apple, foiled with some beer for an hr then applied some home brew finishing sauce and back in for an hr.

So was JD,,,she got a bone from the taste test. ;D

Looks like the girls are enjoying the ribs and corn, and the dog looks as content as all get out... well done my friend...

The look on JD's face just says "There aint no way your getting within 20 feet of me and this bone. I will be GONE when you get 30 feet away. You gave it to me and your not getting it back!!!"

Yep,,,,,JD is gettin BIG, she gently took the bone from my hand then trotted off about 20' and turned, laid down and didnt lift her head again till the bone was gone.

This was Tabys last weekend at home and she requested some ribs before going back to collage.

The ribs and corn were AWSOME.

Yeah, thats what I thought ;D Just thought PORK COLLEGE sounded better because of the ribs! 8)
