47. Pork: - 152.5712 (Some way our worst finish - after last comp finishing 3rd in pork...go figure)

My nephew in Texas does the competition thing almost every weekend and we went with him several times to be his cheering section...these folks that do the competition are very serious about what they do...

Some teams will gather family members around, like guards - making a wall, blocking other view while preparing the finish/turn-in product.
