6 pound pie
« on: August 29, 2011, 02:38:01 pm »
Taby came home this weekend and wanted a pizza,,,,,,,what can I say but......OK

The stars of the show.

Felt like a red beer.  ::)

The stars of the pizza sauce.

Taby grading the cheese, shes havin fun now.  ;D

Got the dough all ready, this is from my sourdough starter.

In the pan with 8 oz cheese.

1 lb cooked and drained Italian sausage.

Half of the pizza sauce.

A bunch more cheese.

8 oz Italian bacon, Taby chopped it up and opened all the packages of goodies.

More sauce.

I need a shot, Taby was takin the pictures.

Back to work.

Some pepperoni.

Well some of us were workin.  ;D

More cheese.

Topped with more pepperoni.

Trim the edges and in the oven.

About 20 min later.

Taby broke out these wile we were waitin for the pizza to cool.

The pizza cooled enough to get outta the pan.

A slice for me.

And one for Taby.

One slice will fill ya up.

The pizza looks great and I’d be happy to have a slice, but I have one question and I may know the answer already!

A shot of what?   ;)

Please pass the crushed red peppers!
