The wife and I are considering purchasing a Chevy Tahoe. With the new addition to our family we need more space. We are looking at a 2007 Certified Pre-owned in perfect shape. From what I have read online the reviews are mostly positive.

Just curious if any forum members have owned or own one and have any feedback?

Thanks,

Bryan

We have a 2008 z71 tahoe and love it. Only complaint is you have to flip up or remove the 3rd row seat to get any kind of room to put stuff, otherwise it drives great, has good power, and decent on gas.

Begolf,

I've worked at GM for 34 years, in Arlington Tx (where the Tahoe is made) since 2006. I will say this. This plant works harder at the quality of their product than any other plant I've been at. The Tahoe ranks near the top of the JD Powers survey every year.    Just my two cents and stepping down off the soapbox now :D

I have a 1999 Tahoe and it had to have the transmission fixed/replaced about every 80,000 mi. Others I know with the same model had similar experiences. That was 12 yrs ago so hopefully they have fixed any issues.

I have a 2003 Z71 Tahoe and that is my complaint too. When the third row is down there isn't much storage space.

Otherwise it is a great vehicle and I haven't had any problems.

Thanks for the input guys! The wife and I pulled the trigger last night. Couldn't be happier, hope it lasts!

You will be very happy with the Tahoe, comfortable and safe for the family.
IMHO it is a good choice.

Cool.   Can I borrow it next time Hal I have have to haul the MAK somewhere??  Should be plenty of room behind the seats for pellets, coolers, piles of meat, boxes of cr@p...    ;-)

Here you go, a couple pics from the dealer. The wife has had it since we bought it :) so I haven't been able to take my own pics.
