I didn't take many Photo's cause we had the resident Forum photographer with us.

Before I left I had to feed the outside dogs and well I had an uninvited guest waiting for me.

Took a post hole digger and snatch him up and did some cosmetic surgery

on his head and turned him loose. I don't think he will come back.

Finally got away and made a stop in Texarkana to meet up with EZSmoker.

He had had an accident in his OBS and I had some parts he needed. After

some chitchat with Him, I packed his arms up with Starnes, OBS parts, snack

sticks, summer sausage, veron's seasoning, and sweet bread rolls.

Back on the road, I went thru Little Rock,. Memphis, and finally into Nashville, Tenn.

about 10 at nite. Met up with Daughter next morning and we went touring Nashville.

First stop was Loveless Cafe on the outskirts of town.

Loveless is visited by all the great and wannabe country music stars.

Had some great Fried Chicken and some of the BEST bisquits I have ever eaten.

Took the scenic route back into town and came across this little place.

Saw Vanderbilt, and the Titians Stadium, downtown, etc. Left daughter around

two o'clock for the two hour drive to Paducah.

THREE CASES...

You notice that she didn't even bat an eye?
I think they're used to people coming in  backing up their trucks and asking, "How much sauce you got?"

Sonny, when our area was hit with tornadoes in April, we were told we would be without power for 5-7 days. The wife and I figured we wouldn't survive that time with nothing to do but talk to each other so we headed north to Franklin TN. When we woke up the next morning we asked the hotel clerk for a good local place to eat. She sent us to Loveless Cafe, said George Jones, Wynnona  and others ate there. They must have eaten early cause they were gone by the time we got there. ;D ;D The town was having a street festival that weekend and it was a good time.
Let me know the next time you are going to Nashville as we are only an hour and 40 minutes away and if the timing is right maybe we could meet for lunch or whatever. Spent a lot of time up there when the daughter went to school there.

Gus, I didn't plan to go there till the morning I left.

Daughter gave me a guilt trip and I drove on to visit her.

Hal, I got the very same reaction when I went in there before the MWSO II and bought 4 cases.

Trust me, they're used to it. ;)
