county style pork ribs.... da beefmann way

well all I had a taste for Country pork ribs though i haven had them in a long  long time so i decided to make a lil..

dem ribs


with paprika


then granulated garlic


then some pepper


then some ground mustard


let stand in the fridge over night then onto the racks  and ready for the smoker


and into the  smoker


and if you  look close enough there are 4 racks and the one of the bottom two is inverted ... more  to follow as the  smoke / cook progresses .. most likely  tomorrow

almost the money shot, decided to do a crock pot cook for 2 hours with bulls eye before serving

For me smoked country style ribs fininshed in the crock pot is the only way to go.  ;)

I like to throw in some sliced onion and green pepper too.

Ribbies look great Beefman. Although somebody dun broke into your smoker and scraped and washed all the good stuff off the sides and back wall!!

Oh yum that looks good!  Try it with 10.5's Bulldog bbq sauce....got Bullseye all beat to hell!  And so easy to make!
