After the visit to the meat market in Paducah, Hal, Larry, Pat and I

were sitting there discussing ways of cooking Tri-Tips and this kinda

became a group thought.

Un-Trimmed Tri-Tip semi frozen.

Sliced against the grain.

Power Vac in a Vac Seal Bag for 2 hours and dumped in a pan.

All grilled up.

Fajita Tri Tips

They were excellent!

I could go for 3 or 4 of those fajitas right about now as I'm sittin here eating my mid morning snack of chips covered with hot sauce.

Curt, I turned the left overs into a mid morning breakfast.

Scrambled eggs with green onion tops and a dash of milk.

Cheese, couple grinds of pepper and some Starnes on a

butter warm tortillas. Mug of coffee. Community with chicory.

Wonder what the rich folks had for breakfast?
