All done and they will be ate tomorrow night for supper to make a Monday a little bit better at the end of the work day.  Pictures to come of the finished product if I remember to take one before we eat them all.  I snuck a couple of strands and they tasted great.  I am hoping they tender up a bit more as I like them fall off the bone even though most would say that is overdone.  And yes, how bout them Bears.  Haven't had to much to celebrate this year, so I have to saver the wins when we get em.
