Don't Remember what kind of cut it was but I had this and decided to make it into a Ham.

After ten days of wet cure. (Maple Ham & Bacon Cure) Hanging in the smoker

Here is the same piece sliced up. That new slicer of mine made short work of it. Rest is going to be vac sealed and put away for a later date.

Very nice job.  One of these days I just have to try to do a ham.

Havn't tried a ham but will soon. Thought hams were just picnic cuts of pork. Didn't think about what else you could use.
