Another Butt

 So I got hired to do a job this week in Orlando setting up a convention for ER Trauma Surgeons.  I wanted to make a good impression with the new guys (crew of 6) that I was working with so I decided to smoke a butt and bring it as a peace offering persay....   



Pulled Pork turned out great.  I actually did a honey glazed rub and it made for a very nice bark.
