So, I got by Bass Pro Shop today and picked up an original Bradley. I smoked a chicken for dinner. It was really great.

Sorry about no pictures. By the time we ate, the kids were famished and I was told to carve and serve. I am going to do a pork butt for Easter so I will get some pictures posted.

Alright! Give yourself plenty of time for the butt. I've had an 8pm take 19 hrs at 225' to IT of 190F. Good luck.
