Fraternal Twins Fatties

Decided to make a couple of fatties as the first two were a hit!! 

These are the same as the last one I made. Owens sausage, ground beef, broccoli, velveta cheese, San Marcos canned jalapeƱos and carrots. Wrapped with bacon. Dusted with some Zacks grilling rub.

Don't know why but for having the same amount of ingredients, they sure didn't come out the same shape. ;D

Oh, I put some kosher salt in there too :)

These came out very good. Applied 1 hr apple and 2 pecan. Took them to 165*  Running out of maple which  is what I used for the previous ones.
