Cooked up a loin for mamma yesterday and got to use my tumbler again.
Used this stuff for the marinade.

Pulled a hunk of loin outta the freezer the night before.

Trimmed that baby up, gonna use the trimmings for some sausage later.

Here we go.

20 min later pulled outta the drum and allowed to drip wile i made a bacon weave.

The weave dusted with some Oakridge BBQ Secret Weapon.

Dropped on the hunk of pork.

All rolled up, the weave was a little big so I removed the outer slices.

Dusted again.

And the other side.

Ready to go in the smoker set at 255 F

Gave it 2 hr Hickory.

Pulled outta the hot box when the IT hit 145 F

Tented with foil wile we made up the green bean casserole, after the tent time we got this.

Some homemade Suddenly Salad I made up in the morning.

Dinner time!

That there was some gooood grub.

Oh Ya, remember those slices of bacon on the sides of the loin? They went in the casserole.

How is the tumbler on chicken breasts?  I looked at the link and now you got me thinking about one.  Just don't tell my wife, she says I have enough toys.
The difference between a man and a boy is the price of his toys.
