Thighs and ABTs ala Charbroil Infrared

Just a quick one for something to look at. Pics are from iPhone. Please excuse the quality.  :)
So my mother went out of town for the weekend and me and my brothers decided to go by and use pool. We noticed that she had purchased a brand new Charbroil Tru-infrared grill. Never used. So we decided to see if it really works. ;D
Btw she didn't mind. We did call her and asked permission :).





JalapeƱos, Italian sausage, green onion, Colby Monterey jack shredded cheese. Wrapped with bacon


These were basted with soy vai vari vari  teriyaki towards the end.


These where dusted with some Head Country

Up In Smoke

That stuff looks great Mike!
I have one of the CB infrared grills myself and love the way it cooks.
I have done quiche on it with great results.

It is a nice unit. I like the no burned meat from dripping grease (flareups).  She's gonna  like that.

That is a thoughtful thing you did for your Mom ;), and those ABT's and Thigh's turned out pretty good too,----but no smoke? :o :'(

No smoke, its a gasser, I didnt even know it was there.  ;D 8)

I have the baby red because it is just me here.
i can run it up to 600 degrees (according to the thermo on the lid)
and sear a steak very well.
and like you i like the reduced flare ups.
Did you give your mother a proper performance report?
