Looks good. Curious as to why you didn't hang them by the string?

I have had them drop from the string before. Just trying to be on the safe side  ;)

Haven't had any drop yet but that sounds like a good enough reason to me

I like the looks of those little red flakes in it. I bet it is kind of hot. Winter time smokes are a bit challenging aren't they
