Apple Smoked Eye Round

I was given two eye round roasts and a whole pork belly for Christmas. :-)

The bacon is curing, but here went the roast beefs:

Trimmed up with just a little Dalmatian seasoning



Just over 3 hours of apple smoke


Wore out my old slicer so had to get a new one.
