Montreal Smoked Meat

I found that the cut of meat does make a world of difference, in my case anyways. I made the MSM last week and it came out better then the first time when I used the clod. After it sat for a couple of days I reheated the slices in a pan over low heat, just til it was warm and the fat was transparent. Used a horseradish sauce on the sammy with a side of homemade dills. :P I just can't bring myself to go eat at these q joints as long as I have this box here at home. :D
