Welcome to the forum from Nebraska.  Don't be nervous.  It's easier than you think!

KyNola

Welcome Cactus Jack.  Season your wings with whatever you prefer.  You can worry about different Rubs you will see on here later.  Rub the wings with oil prior to seasoning the wings.  Preheat your smoker to 250 or so.  Wings into the smoker and let 'em go.  All poultry is a smoke sponge so an hour or so of smoke will work for your first time out.  Continue cooking until they are done.  Don't despair if they stick to the racks and the skin is rubbery.  Try spraying the racks with cooking spray prior to putting the wings in the smoker.  That's the nature of the beast in a Bradley Smoker until you purchase some nonstick mats to place in your racks.

Biggest tip, open your vent all the way.  Poultry gives off a ton of moisture and you want it out of the cabinet asap.

Best of luck to you and let us know if we can assist.

Hi Cactus Jack!

Here's one way I like to do with wings...
First, do all of what KyNola told ya.

Now, for a "rub" -- (EZ-PEAZY and delicious)...
Mix 1/2 & 1/2... a good Cajun seasoning and Lawry's lemon pepper.
(don't substitute for Lawry's.  The cheap stuff is cheap for a reason.)

Right before you serve the wings, squeeze fresh lime juice all over them.
That's it.

The fresh lime juice, with the rub and smoke, is a simple, but amazing, combination.
Awrighten.
