Starting my first smoke tomorrow. Grill has been seasoned.

Gathered my ingredients


Got my shoulders


Trimmed, rubbed and ready for a night in the frig


Can't wait to drop them in the smoker!

Thanks, all. The final result was great.

I have to admit, the OBS will take some getting used to. I love the lack of attention the smoker needs but I was used to cooking at a bit higher temps which resulted in quicker finishes.

With a bit more getting to know it and perhaps a tweak or two, me and OBS will have a nice grilling future ahead of us.
