Just for the halibut

Must give it a try.. Will let you know how it turns out!

Keeping it simple.. Halibut has a delegate flavour so went with salt, brown sugar, honey, kikkoman and cracked pepper, using alder and applewood, basting with honey and melted butter.

I'll have to take your word about the flavor of halibut; I've never tasted a delegate.

Haha!! Thanks auto correct and fat fingers :P I hate typing on this damn non-tactile kbd.
Turned out good!! Not dry but a little more teriyaki than I was going for. Basting with butter really helped with the moisture. Unfortunately there was no skin on the halibut, I would def do it with skin next time. Will post pics from my laptop. (Searching for typos)..

Piece on the end has some alibumin from where I stuck the temp probe in.. going to stop using that!
